In addition, his teaching career began as a professor with Central Michigan University, University of Maryland, and University of Southern California. He taught a variety of management and human resources courses at the graduate level.

Paula has served in top leadership ranks at several Federal Government agencies and private sector companies.

Toni Dawsey |HR Advisor
Ms. Dawsey has over 32 years of service with Federal Government. She retired from NASA, where she served for 5 years as NASA’s Assistant Administrator for Human Capital Management and Chief Human Capital Officer. Ms. Dawsey has also worked in Human Resources at FTC, Goddard Space Flight Center, USDA and USDOT. She is a graduate of University of Maryland and a recipient of the Presidential Distinguished rank award for work done at NASA.
