Generally, we utilize consultants who are retired from the Federal Government or have had substantial experience in management analysis and HR specialty areas with the Federal Government. We have a need for consultants who have specialized in areas such as business process improvement, performance management, compensation, executive personnel, position classification (including position management), staffing (including recruitment and DEU), employee relations (including benefits and retirement counseling), labor relations, employee development and training, human resources information systems, and in other specialty areas. Also, we have a need for HR Generalists and management analysts who can handle several specialty areas and can service a diverse client base of managers and employees.

In addition we utilize consultants with backgrounds in data entry and file maintenance such as personnel clerks and personnel technicians experienced with personnel transactions and utilizing automated personnel systems.
